客戶不會(huì)經(jīng)?;貜?fù)郵件,而對(duì)于一些問題我們又不得不得到客戶的確認(rèn)才能落實(shí),例如催確認(rèn)型號(hào)、訂單、印刷品、付訂金、付尾款等等。因此我們不得不多次發(fā)郵件催客戶給答復(fù)。
但是作為外貿(mào)新手,很難把握催促郵件的度,一個(gè)不小心,把客戶也得罪了,就因小失大了。
今天特地為大家分享幾個(gè)郵件模板,僅供大家參考:
1、催客戶確認(rèn)訂單
Dear **,
Good day. How are you ?
Long time no hear from you. Hope you everything goes well.
May I know whether you have received my PI for confirmation? Or you can check again by the attached.
As you know, the price we give you is the best price we can offer, and as the increasing material cost and unstable exchange rate, we are afraid that it is hard for us to keep the price if you don’t confirm it much earlier.

不知道你發(fā)現(xiàn)了沒,其實(shí)在寫這類型催促客戶回復(fù)的郵件的時(shí)候,我們要謹(jǐn)記一個(gè)宗旨:以客戶為先,站在客戶的立場(chǎng)想問題。在寫郵件的時(shí)候除了語氣禮貌,我們更要讓客戶知道我們這樣催他的目的所在——為了他好。
